The sample for the case study is arrived at by purposive sampling a non-probability sampling method that allows the researcher to use expert judgement to choose members of the population to participate in their study (Etikan & Bala, K. 2017). The study will collect data through face-to-face interviews with 15 participants working for a transformational leader at a pediatric and family medicine healthcare facility. The participants will physician leaders, physician’s employees, administrative staff, managers, and ancillary staff. Data collection tool will be an open-ended research questionnaire designed to capture the perceptions and experiences of the participants. Data analysis will use qualitative data analysis software such as N vivo to analyze the data. The research will serve the need to understand how to motivate and retain followers while attracting employees that provide the organization with a competitive advantage in today’s age of technology and globalization. ?Research Questions The overarching study that summarizes is what is the impact of transformational leadership on employee production, job satisfaction, and team-oriented goals and objectives.
