In essay format (ie, introduction, body and conclusion), provide a 1 paragraph each, summary of the 5 articles in this module – DO NOT include methodological information (ie, method, study participants, method of analysis). Your summary needs to move beyond cursory information (ie., what’s stated in the abstract). I’m interested in your understanding of the authors key arguments and conclusions – for example, if the author(s) say something is problematic, explain why? In a 6th body paragraph, explain which one is the most salient, important, problematic or interesting to you and explain why? What would you like to see changed, done differently, or studied more. For example, issues if issues of leadership are of interest, one of the first 2 articles may be one you select to talk about. If careers are of interest (like reentering the workforce, or gendered careers/roles), then Lee & Lee or Herman may be your choice. And if sexuality in the workplace is an emerging issue where you work, then the Jones article may be of interest. In other words, how do the topics from this module inform your perspective.
