This class focuses on communication and society with a highlight on corporate social responsibility. I have been assigned the influencer Victoria Lynden. The assignment states I must observe and track the pattern of their communicative actions and interactions with others online for three weeks on twitter. (This paper is past due so will not need to take three weeks to track, just back track their tweets to analyze). Take note of what issues/topics are addressed (or not), what do they say about the issue/topic (or not), how is it said, who is primarily/secondarily addressed, what is taken up by others, and how is it taken up? Describe and analyze the professional’s attempts to influence the business-society relationship with his/her communicative actions online. Based on observation, description, and analysis, describe the practitioner’s role in shaping the relationship between business and society. I will be attaching a word document of the specific details and instructions provided by my professor along with class materials that will need to be used for citations.
